Orders at EarthyRest can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@earthyrest.com with your order details. We aim to assist promptly, but cancellation approval depends on the order status at the time of request.
